About Me

HI, I'M CHARITY!


I'm the owner and coach of Thriving Life Nutrition. I’m a wife of 6 years, and a mom of 2 crazy babies ages 2.5 and 1.5 (plus 3 fur babies). I and my family love to take trips together and explore our beautiful earth, get outdoors to see amazing views, workout, watch Netflix, and I, of course love to coach and educate on the subjects of nutrition and exercise!


Thriving Life Nutrition is a nutrition and exercise company whose mission is to educate you and help you to simplify the noise surrounding exercise and nutrition. 


The core values of my company are freedom, growth and respect. My desire for you is that you would have the freedom to pursue the kind of life you want to live, while respecting yourself and your body enough to foster growth physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. 



When I started in the online coaching world, I wanted to help people have better quality of life in every aspect. While I had a lot of experience in exercise and nutrition, I knew that there was more to life than these two things, and I wanted to help others experience the same freedom that I had. 


However, something that had been on my mind for a while was “just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.” And I finally came to the conclusion that while there are many other important things in life besides exercise and nutrition, these are my passion and my calling. 



I slowly pivoted to exercise and nutrition coaching and education. 


While exercise has been, and is a huge part of what I do, I’m far more passionate about nutrition for one reason: 

most people understand the general concept of exercise. You have to do something hard and be consistent. 

Yet, people have difficulty applying this same logic to their nutrition. Partly because of all the noise surrounding nutrition. “What should I eat? Is this good? Is that bad? What about cheat days, and sodium, and dairy?” There’s a TON of conflicting information, that in most cases people throw up their hands and simply give up trying. 

And this is why it’s my mission to help you cut through the noise and confusion into a life of freedom, growth, and respect. 


With a degree in Exercise Science, a CrossFit Level 2 Certification, and 7 years of experience working in the field, I have a lot to offer in the subjects of exercise and nutrition.


By following Thriving Life Nutrition, you can expect to see a ton of information regarding nutrition education, and you’ll also find some information regarding exercise as well. Like milk and cookies, you can’t have one without the other. And if you do, something just isn’t right!
