1:1 Nutrition Coaching:


My 1:1 nutrition coaching is for women who are looking to reach a "goal weight", but want to maintain freedom and flexibility in their diets and lives.


Utilizing outcome-based decision-making, we make changes throughout the weeks as needed in order for you to continue to make progress. We will measure progress every one to two weeks so that we can continue to monitor traction toward your goal!


1:1 nutrition coaching includes the following:

  • Weekly 30 minute accountability calls in person or via zoom
  • Access to Thriving Life Nutrition habit tracker
  • Access to me 24/7
  • Weekly wins highlights
  • Access to the Facebook group for accountability and community with other individuals on similar journeys
  • A library of resources to help with your journey (high protein foods, flyer of fruits and veggies, time management worksheet, etc, etc)
  • A library of at-home workouts

Pull-up Coaching




Pull-up coaching is a program made-up of pull-up progressions for the beginner trying to get her first pull-up


This program includes:

  • Weekly 10-15 minute programming specifically geared toward strengthening the lats, biceps, delts, and rhomboids.
  • 4 days each week for an estimated time of 12 weeks, and is meant to be used alongside your regular training program.
  • Text check-ins with me each training day, and more if needed 


 *The 12 weeks is an estimation. The client may need to continue past 12 weeks, (or may need to be utilized for less than 12 weeks if the goal is achieved before then). It's completely based on the starting point of the client!
